RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR 'WIDENING WEST SANTA ANA STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain quitclaim deed dated September 28, 1937,
wherein Refugio Romo and Mary Romo, husband and wife, quit-
claim to City of Anaheim, for the widening of West Santa Ana
Street, a tract of land in Lot 5 and Lot 9, in Block B, of
Davis Bros. Addition in said. city, be and the same is hereby
approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held, on the ' `13th
day of

, 1 937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen:LIANN, PEARSON.-YUNCBLUTH.MARTENET.JR
LAOIS: Councilmen: NONE
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: SHERIDAN
and was approved and signed on said date.
