RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE GRANT OF EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim that the Mayor and City Clerk of said city be and they
are hereby authorized to execute that certain agreement
wherein Southern Pacific Company and Southern Pacific Rail-
road Company agree to grant to City of Anaheim, for the
widening of West Santa Ana Street, an easement over the south-
erly 10 feet of the right of way conveyed to the Southern
Pacific Railroad Company by deed recorded in Book 42, page 225,
of Deeds, Records of Orange County.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 28th
day of September 1937, by the following; vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSON, YUNGBLUTH, MARTENET,JR., & SHERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen.: _ NONE
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
