RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR 'WIDENING WEST SANTA ANA STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ana-
hetm that that certain grant deed dated September 22, 1937
wherein Margaret Mendoza grants to City of Anaheim, for the
widening of West Santa Ana Street, a tract of land in Block B,
of Davis Bros. Addition, in said city, be and the same is
hereby approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 28th
day of September 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSON, YUNGBLUTH, MARTENET,JR., & SHERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen: NONE

ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen:
and was approved and signed on said date.
