E4 RESOLUTION ACCEPT IPIG GRANT DEED
FOR :trID �NI�vG ,'EST SANTA ANA STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated December 1 -, 1936, wherein
J. A. Ruiz and Virginia. Ruiz, husband and wife, grant to City
of Anaheim, for the widening of West Santa Ana Street, a tract
of land in Lots 7 and 9, Block D, Davis Bros. Addition, in said
city, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted by said city:
B', IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the partial reconveyanoe of the same
property. executed by Bank of America National
Trust & Savings Association, as trustee under Deed of Trust, also
be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of
August 1937 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen : MANN, DEARSON, YUN MARTENET,JR, & SHE RIDAN
NOES: Councilmen: NONE
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
