HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed. dated August 14, 1937, wherein
KATE VANATTA grants to City of Anaheim, for the widening of
West Santa Ana Street, a tract of land. in Vineyard Lot G -5, in
said city, be and the same is hereby appproved. and. accepted by
said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 24th
day of August 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN PRARSON, YUNG LUTH , MARTENFT, JR & SH ERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen: NONE
ABSENT ANI) NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
and was approved and signed on said date.
