BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated August 18,1937, wherein
HERMIAN A. SCHINDLER and HELEN F. SCHINDLER, husband and ,rife,
grant to City of Anaheim, for the widening of "Test Santa. Ana
Street, a tract of land in Vineyard Lot G -5, in sz.i.d city, be
and the same is hereby approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution. ,eras adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held. on the 24th
day of August 1937, by the following vote:
