RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF kNAHZIN APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX
ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
a memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project
statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the
1/4 cent gas tax for the fiscal year 193$ allocated for
Streets of Major Importance other than State highways in
the City of An heti
, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof,
and desires to approve the same;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Annhalm
that said agreement for ex-
penditure of 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for Streets of
Major Importance other than State highways be and the same
is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed
to sign the same on behalf of said City.
