RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL REPORT OF CITY PLANNING CO1,Q1ISSION
IN THE MATTER OF NEW ZONING ORDINANCE, AND
DIRECTING THE HOLDING OF A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON:
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Anaheim, on June 22,
1937 directed the City Planning Commission to hold a public hearing
on the tentative zoning plans, map, and report which were prepared by
said Commission and approved by said City Council, in accordance with
Act 994 of the Legislature of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing
on said. tentative zoning plans, map, and. report on July 9, 1937, as
directed, after proper notice of same had been published twice each
in the Anaheim Bulletin and the Anaheim Gazette, and did give each and
every one of the persons present ample opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has given due consideration
to the matters and requests brought to its attention at said hearing
and has subsequently completed its final zoning plans, map, and report.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that those certain final zoning plans of tn.e City Planning
Commission including a report entitled "Zoning Ordinance for the City
of Anaheim" and a map entitled "Zone liap of the City of Anaheim, Calif-
ornia, City Engineer's Office, Scale 1" =250 July 10, 1937 ", which
plans, report, and map were submitted to said Cite Council on the 13th
day of July, 1937 be and the same are hereby accepted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City C ouncil of the City of
Anaheim hold a public hearing on said. final zoning plans, report,

The foregoing resolution was approved and signed. this 13th day
of July 1937.
