05/25/1937-3RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL
FOR PROPOSALS FOR FURNISHING DISINTEGRATED GRANITE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim:
That the city clerk be and. he is hereby authorized rami
and directed to publish a notice by two insertions in the
Anaheim Gazette, inviting proposals for furnishing approx-
imately 1200 tons of disintegrated granite to be delivered
to Santa Ana Street between Lemon Street and Manchester Blvd.
Said disintegrated granite shall comply with the pro-
visions of Section 19, Standard Specifications of the State
Division of Highways, except that the maximum size shall be

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, that

3 that certain Quitclaim Deed covering the following described
4 real property described in that certain Oil and Gas Lease Dated
5 the 16th day of September, 1936, by and between CITY OF ANAHEIM
6 as Lessor, and Hillman -Long, Inc., as Lessee, which said Lease
7 is recorded in Book 856, Page 349, of Official Records of Orange
8 County, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, in
9 which Hil %man -Long, Incr7, a California Corporation, is Grantor
10 and the City of Anaheim is Grantee, be and the same is hereby
11 accepted by the City of Anaheim.
12 The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this 25th day
