03/23/1937-7RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF GAS TAX AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
that certain agreement entitled "First Supplemental Memorandum of
Agreement for Expenditure of cent Fund on State Highways" as sub-
mitted by the State Department of Public Works to,augment funds for
maintenance on Routes 2 and 178, be and the sane is hereby approved
and the mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this 23rd day
of March, 1937.
