03/09/1937-10RESOLUTION 117 THE 1JATTER OF RECONSTRUCTION OF SECTION 2, JOINT OUTFALL SEVtIER WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is part owner of Section 2 of the Joint Outfall Sewer, and as such has representation on the executive committee of said joint outfall sewer, and 79TIEREAS, said Section 2 is in need of i-,ntnediate repair or reconstruction, as indicated by the report of the committee of engineers submitted to said executive committee on February 24, 1 937, and 7HEREAS, said executive committee did, on the 24th day of February, 1937, adopt a resolution accepti,n-,-. said engineers' report and submitting certain recommendations to the legi��lative bodies of the several cities and sanitary districts comprising said Section 2, a copy of which said resolution has been and considered by this City Council, and ?IFHEREAS, in accordance with the joint agreements governing the administration of said joint outfall seiner, the City of Anaheim is recognized as contracting city for said Section 2. NO7 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that said report of the committee be and the same are hereby acce and concurred in, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by this City Council, as follows, pro- vided that the legislative body of each of the cities and sanitary districts comprising said Section 2 adopt a like resolution: 1- That the City of Anaheim, as contracting city for said Section 2, prepare and submit to the Public Works Adminis- tration an application for Federal aid in the reconstruction of the sewer pipe lines and appurtenances of said Section 2. 2- That the City of Anaheim, as contractin.­ City, secure such additional engineering services as -nay be necessary and desirable in expediting the preparation and filing of said ap cation, as recommended by said committee of engineers. 3- That this City Council take immediate steps to the financing of this city's share of the expense of the - oToposed reconstruction of said sewer lines and an�purtenances of L s a 1 d'.. Section 2. 4- That the committee of engineers consisting.; of E. P. Ha'QSood, Grover L. 1 7alters, C. C. Bonebrake and John B.
