RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO INVITE
PROPOSALS FOR FURNISHING CAST IRON PIPE
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF ANAHEIM **
That those certain specifications for cast iron water pipe
designated "Specifications for Cast Iron Water Pipe, Series of
1937 City of Anaheim", be, and the same are hereby
adopted.
That the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to publish a notice, by two
insertions in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, published in said city, calling for sealed proposals for
the furnishing to said city of the following approximate quan-
tities of Cast Iron Pipe in accordance with 'Specifications for
Cast Iron Water Pipe, Series of 1937, City of Anaheim ":
2000 lin. ft. 8" cast iron pipe
3000 lin. ft. 6" cast iron pipe
1000 lin. ft. 4" cast iron pipe
Said proposals to be received up to eight o'clock P. Y.
of c the -Z o3 day of cf 1937, at the
office of said City Clerk.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed thi s_____
day of 1937.
