02/09/1937-12A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL WATER DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO FILE
AN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THROUGH THE
FEDERAL EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR A
GRANT TO AID IN FINANCING THE EXTENSIONS OF THE DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM OF SAID DEPARTMENT OF SAID CITY AND DESIGNATING THE
SUPERINTENDENT OF SAID DEPARTMENT TO FURNISH SUCH INFORMATION
AS THE GOVERNMENT MAY REQUEST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
Section 1. That the Superintendent of the Anaheim Municipal
'hater Department, be and he is authorized to execute and
file an application on behalf of the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to the United States of
America for a grant to aid in financing the extensions of
the distribution system of the Anaheim Municipal Water
Department.
Section 2. That the Superintendent of the Anaheim Municipal
Water Department, be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to furnish such information as the United States of America
through the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works
may reasonably request in connection with the application
which is herein authorized to be filed.

The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this
9th day of February, 1937.

that I have compared the attached copy of a resolution entitled

with the original of such resolution on file in my office and
that the same is a true and correct copy of such resolution
which was regularly adopted at a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, duly held on the 9th day of February,
1937.
