04/15/1936-014RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the following:agreements on behalf of
said city:
(1) — Lease agreement with U.S. Industrial Alcohol Co.,
dated April * 1936, covering lease for chlorinator station
on La Palma Avenue.
(2) — Agreement with U.S. Industrial Alcohol CO. covering
construction,maintenance and operation of the above chlorinator
station.
(3) — Agreement with Southern Meat Co., covering construction,
maintenance and operation of the above chlorinator station.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this
day of April, 1936.
