RESOLVED BY THE CITY CQUXaIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that
the City Treasurer of the City of Ana'hei,m establish in his
name as City Treasurer an innotive savings account of $260000. for
a period not e"ceding one (1) gear, with the Southern County Hank,
at a rate of interest not leads than 1% per year., upon such terms
and oonditions as may be agreed upon with said bank, in accordance
with the late of the State of California, And that the Treasurer of
the City of Anaholm be, and he is hereby authorised to establish
such an account.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, Chas A. Bodge, Treasurer of the
City Of Anaheim bey, and he is hereby authorised to transfer funds
from this aaaount to the checking account â–ºben needed.
