the City Treasurer of the City of Anahein establish In his
nacre as City Treasurer an inactive savings account of $40 t 000.
fox a period not exceeding one (1) year, with the Bank of Anerioa
National Trust 4k Savings Association, at a Grate of interest not
lees than 1% per year, upon such terms and conditions as may be
agreed upon with said bank, in accordance with the law of the
State of California, And that the Treasurer of the City of Anaheim
be, and he is hereby authorised to establish such an account.
AND BE IT YMTHFR RESOLVED that, Chas A. Boage, Treasurer of
the City Of Seim bee, and he to hereby authorized to transfer
Funds from this account to the checking account when needed.
