12/12/1933-0041� I 2 1 I 31 1 4' 5' i 6� 7� I 8 9 10 11 12 13 14' 151 I 16� 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 301, 31' 32 RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATIOR TO CIVIL WORKS ADMINISTRATION WHEREAS, the dip in the pavement across Center Street at the east line of Olive Street in the City of Anaheim is dangerous and is an obstruction to the free flow of traffic on this important highway; and WHEREAS, the city has long planned to replace this dip with an underground drainage pipe, but lack of funds has prevented the city from carrying out this much - needed public improvement, IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, that the mayor and city engineer of said city be and the same are hereby authorized and directed to make application for approval of Civil Works Project consisting of the installation of a 30 corrugated metal pipe with inlet and outlet structures to replace the present dip at said location, the Civil Works Administration to be requested to furnish material up to $275.00 and all labor, the city to furnish all material in excess of the $275.00 and all engineering, equipment and tools. The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the CityCouncil of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held December 12, 1933,by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen: Mann, Yungbluth.
