that that certain grant deed doed W 29, 1933, wherein Wartin
Del Giorgio. grants to City of Anaheim a tract of land In Lots
1, 2 and 3, Anaheim Home :rant, in said city, for street pur-
poses, be smA the sane to hereby accepted. by said city; and
FM IT PMTM RMSOLVED that the partial reeonvoyance of the
&am property, executed Junc 14, 1935, by Security-Pivot
National Bank of Los Angeles, as trustee tvOAr Died of Trust,
also be and the same is hereby accepted.
