BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that said city accept that certain executors' grant
deed dated May 27, 1933, wherein Harry lie Guire and Chas. S.
Darden, as executors of the Estate of Emilia Atanay, deceased,
grant to City of Anaheim two parcels of land in Lots 1 to 7
inclusive, Babinger Subdivision in said City of Anaheim, for
the widening of North Los Angeles Street, said executors
having been thereunto duly authorized and directed by an
-Order of the Superior Court of the State of California in
and for the County of Los Angeles, made May 27th., 1933, in
the matter of said Estate.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on
the dad* of QZtX, 1933, b`,,1 the following vote:

and was approved and signed on said date.
