06/13/1933-019RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT
FOR STORM DRAIN RIGHT -OR -WAY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that that certain easement dated May 2, 1933,
wherein Clara M. Swan and Louise M• Lander grant into
City of Anaheim an easement for storm drain purposes
over and across a portion of Lot 6, Mary Goodman Tract,
in said city, be and the same is hereby accepted by
said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting
held on the l 3 day of 1933, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen /yam/
NOES: Councilmen 7 t&; 4 __
ABSEr?T: Councilmen
and was approved and signed on said date.
