04/11/1933-025RESOLUTION
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
1. That there are now growing upon certain lots, grounds
and real property within the city limits of the City of Anaheim,
certain weeds and rank growths.
Z. That the weeds and rank growths growing upon the lots,
grounds and real property in the City of Anaheim are a public
nuisance, which must be abated by the removal of said weeds and rank
growths.
3. That the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to notify the owners of
all lots, grounds and real property within the City of Anaheim, upon
which weeds and rank growths are growing, to immediately cause the
same to be removed and eradicated.
4. That said notice shall conform with the provisions of
Section 3 of Ordinance NO. 488.
5. That said Superintendent of Streets shall report to
this City Council the names and owners and descriptions of the lots
upon which weeds and rank growths are growing, and upon which the
owners thereof shall fail to conform with said notice.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this
day of Dray, 1933.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that the
City of Anaheim does hereby express its sineere thanks and appre-
ciation to the heirs of Olementina Langen1jerger, deoeased, for the'
beautiful fountain whioh has been installed in the City Park of
the City of Anaheim, oommemorating the bringing of water to this
area; and be it furthet resolved that the City Counoil further
express its sin ®ere appreciation to Mrs. J. J. Dwyer and
F. A. Yungnluth for their efforts in seleoting the fountain.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon
the minutes, and that a oopy thereof be mailed to the heirs of
Clementina Langenberger, deoeased, and to Mrs. J. J. Dwyer and to
F. A. Yunjzbluth
