RESOLUTION OF TBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM PROVIDING
FOR THE HOLDING OF A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION IN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ON THE SECOND MONDAY IN APRIL 1932 Tt NIT: ON THE
11TH DAY OF APRIL, 1932.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a general municipal election shall be held
at and within than City of Anaheim, on the second Monday in April
1932, to -wit: on the 11th day of April 1933, for the purpose
of electing the following; officers of said City, to -wit:
Two members of the City Counoil, City Clerk and City Treasurer
SECTION 2. At such election there shall be eight voting pre -
oincts, each of which shall consist of aa. consolidation of the
regular election precincts established in said City for holding
State or County elections, as follows:
Consolidated Voting Precinct "A ", comprising State and County
precincts, "Anaheim Precincts Noe* l 5 and SO, and the polling
place thereof shall be at the Soap Factory fill North Las Angeles
Street.
Consolidated Voting Precinct "B " comprising State and County
precincts, "Anaheim Precincts Nos. 2 3 and V and than polling
place thereof shall be the L. A. Fisher Garage at 709 North
Philadelphia St reet.
Consolidated 'Doting Precinct "C ", comprising State and County
precincts, "Anaa eim Precincts Nos. 7, 8 and ld", and the polling
place thereof shall be at the Anaheim Union High Sch at the
Northwest corner of the intersection of Nest Center and C itron
Streets.
Consolidated Voting Precinct "D", comprising State and County
pre *Anaheim Precincts Nos. 11 12 and 14", and the po lling
place thereof shall be at the Nord Garage at 324 North Los Angeles

16� SECTION 3. Said election shall be hold and conducted and
17 i notice thereof shall be ,given in acoordance with an Act of Legis-
18� lature of the State of California. entitled "An Act to provide for
19 and regulate municipal elections in cities of the fifth and sixth
20 class ", approvod May 27, 1919, and all accts amendatory thereof;
21 provi that in all respects not provided for in said Act of
22 Legislature, such e lection shall be held and conducted in accord-
23 ante with the general election laws of the State, of California
24 ( I insofar as the same may be applicable.
25 1 SECTION 4. At such eleotion the polls must be opened at the
26° hour of seven o' clock in the forenoon of said 11th day of April,
27 1938, and must be kept open until the hour of seven &'clock In
28 the afternoon of said day, at which time the polls shall be closed
29 SECTION 5. The compensation of the persons composing the
30 election board to hold and conduct said election is hereby
31 fired in the sum of Five Dollars 5.00) e ach.
