02/23/1932-019HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o f Anaheim that
the City of Anaheim grant to Anaheim Union hater Company, a
right of way for water pipes on and along the northerly parkway
of Facet Sycamore Street between Palm and Meet Streetep the
westerly parkway of South last Street between Center and South
Streets, and the southerly parkway of East South Street between
East Street and a pout 135 feet westwardly from the westerly
line of said East Street, and the right to lay pipes, maintain
the same or reeve the same at any time while the City of Anaheim
maintains such streets for road purposes, and that the Mayor
of the City of Anaheim be, and is hereby aetthorized, to execute
eonveyanoe for right of way purposes as aforesaid, and a right
to the use of said park way, and that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest the same,
