RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
FOR SALE OF LAND.
RESOLVED by the City Counc V ' the City of Anaheim that thef'

City ofAnaheim enter into a contract, a copy of which is hereto
annexed,marked Exhibit "A ", wherein the City of Anaheim is desig-
nated as the first party, Community Industrial Land Company, Incor-
porated, designated as the second party, and Ulysses Grant Bixby
Meyer as third party.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the Mayor of said City be, and he is hereby
authorized, to execute said contract and the Clerk to attest the
same.
AND BE IT`FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to execute and deliver
the deed to the property described in herein contract as provided
therein and the Clerk to attest same.
The foregoing Resolution is approved by me, this
day of 931.
