THt ZXEOUTION OF CONTRACT
RESOLVE by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, that the City of Anaheim enter into a
contract, a co py of which i hereunto annexed
marked Exhibit A. wherein the City of Anaheim is
designated as the first party, Community Industrial
Land Company Incorporated, designated as the second
party, Ulysses Grant Bixby Meyer as the third party.
AND RR IT TuRTM RESOLVED by said Oily Council
that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim is hereby
authorised to sign said contract in the name of the
City of Anaheim, and the City Clerk to attest the
some.
