05/12/1931-008RESOLVED BY THE CITY CSC >UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM*
1. That there a re now growing upon certain lots grounds
and real proper** within the city limits of the City of Anaheim
certain weed* and rank growths.
2. That the woods and r ank growths growing upon the IOUs
grounds and real property in the City of Anaheim are a public
nuisance, which =wt be abated by the removal of said "ads and
rank growths.

Streets of the City of
Anaheim be,

is hereby, authorised
to aitity they owse rs
of all lots, grounds and real property within the City of Anaheim,
npon which woods and rank growths are growing, to immediately
oause the same to be removed and eradicated.
4. That said notice shall conform with the provi sin Of
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 488.
5. That said Superintendent of Streets shall report to
this City Oounoi.l, the names and owners and descriptions of the lots
upon which Weeds sad rank growths are growing, and upon: which the
owners th ereof shall fail to conform with said notice.
