Be it resolved b the e Qity Council of the
City of Anaheim;
That said City Oouncil does hereby approve and
adopt those certain plans and specifications prepared
by the city engineer and entitled at follows;
Plan for paving North East Street, Assessment
District No. 22:1, Job No. 24 ";
"Specifications No. 52, Macadam Pavement";
"Specifications No. 53, Durite Pavement ";
and "Specifications Yo. 54, Asphalt Concrete Pavement"/

Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Anaheim:.
Sec.l: That the public interest and convenienge require, and that
it is the intention of the City Council of theCity of Anaheim
to order the following street work to be done in said city,
to -wit:
That
Avenue,
macadam
North East Street between Center Street and La Palma
be graded to the official grade and paved with 4 inch
pavement 24 feet in width.
