assessment therefor, recently done pursuant to the provisions of the
"Improvement Act of 1911, as amended, and aursuant to and as described
in Resolution of Intention No. 219 passed by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim on the 12th day of August, 1930, said Resolution
of Intention being hereby expressly referred to for description of

AND WHEREAS, Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 1931, at the council
chambers of the City Council, was fixed as the time and place of
hearing said appeals;
AND WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of said hearing, briefly

for a description of the work therein mentioned was posted oppppiouously

AND WHEREAS, on saia" latter date, the modified " assessment sment was presented,
and said city council being satisfied with the correctness thereof,
IT IS HERTBY RESOWMD AND DETER11INED, by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, that all the acts and determinations of the Superintendent
of Streets and of the City Engineer of said city relative to said
work be bad the same are hereby confirmed, and said modified assessment
and diagram therefor are hereby found to be correct and are confirmed,
and it is hereby ordered that warrant may be attached thereto accordingly.
The foregoing Resolution is approved and signed this- - - day of
