IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 711 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE FOR HEARING UPON THE ISSUANCE
OF BONDS FOR AN ACQUISITION.
WHEREAS, Goo. F. Holden, Attorney, has filed his report
showing the amount of money necessary to satisfy the Interlocutm
Judgment rendered in the above entitled action, and
WHERM, it appears that the amount necessary for the
satisfaction of said Interlocutory Judgment and the payment of
incidental expenses in said matter is Fifty -seven Hundred Fifty
($5750.00) Dollars,
NOW THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City C of the
City of A that Tuesday, the 10th day of February, 1931,
be fixed as the date for hearing upon the issuance of bonds to
obtain the money to satisfy the Interlocutory Judgment in the
above entitled matter, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to cause notice of hearing upon issuance of bonds for an
acquisition to be published by at least two insertions in the
Anaheim B and that a copy of said notice be posted for
at least two days on or near the chamber door of this City
Council in the form and manner as provided in Acquisition
and Improvement Act of 1925, and amendments thereto. ,
