411 ' RESOLUTION ORDERING ISSUANCE OF ACQUISITION BONDS

ail MREAS, on the 27th day of January, 1931, this City Councilj
7 adopted a resolution fixing a time and place for hearing upon the
8 issuance of bonds against the lands in the Assessment District y
9 in Acquisition and Improvement District No. 3 of the City of
10 Anaheim, for the purpose of obtaining the amount required to pay
11 the Interlocutory Judgment in the action brought to condemn the
12, property sought to be taken, all costs and expenses chargeable to
13 the plaintiff in said action and all incidental expenses incurred
14 in the proceeding for the above named District, and for the pur-
15 pose of furnishing an opportunity to all persons interested to be
16 heard upon any of the matters upon which they are given the right'
17 to be heard and present objections under Section 36 of the Ac-
ts quisition and Improvement Act of 1925, and,
19 WHEREAS, at the time and place so fixed, the said hearing
20 was taken up, and no objections, either written or oral, having
21 been made to the issuance of said bonds, or as to any of the
22 proceedings, acts or determinations of this City Council in said
23 proceedings, and said matter having been regularly called for
24 hearing, and this City Council having fully considered said matte.
25 and,
26 WHEREAS, it appears from affidavits on file with the Clerk
27 of this City Council that notice of said hearing has been duly
28 and regularly published and posted as ordered and as required by
29 law;
30 NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
31 City of Anaheim finds, determines and orders as follows, to -wit:
32 1. That notice of the day, hour and place of the hearing

1 upon the issuance of bonds for the purposes above stated has been
2, duly and regularly published and posted in the manner required by
3 1 law.

2. That all of the acts, determinations and proceedings here
tofore had and taken in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement
District No. 3 of the City of Anaheim are regular and in all
respects sufficient, and that no protests or objections regarding
the same or to the issuance of said bonds have been presented to
this City Council.
3. That the public necessity and convenience require, and it
is hereby ordered, that bonds of the said District shall be
issued in the total sum of Five Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty
and no /100 ($5,750.00) Dollars, ...............................
for the purposes above recited, and the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim is hereby ordered to issue bonds of the said Dis-
trict, designated "Series B", in the said aggregate principal sum,
dated the day this resolution is adopted, all in the manner and
form provided in the Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925 and
in further accordance with the provisions for such bonds contained
in the Resolution of Intention adopted in the matter of said
Acqui.eition and Improvement District by this City Council on the
14th day of January, 1930.
4. That the Clerk of this City Council shall forthwith
transmit to said City Treasurer an attested copy of this resolu-
tion and order, together with an attested copy of said Resolution
of Intention.
The foregoing Resolution is approved by me this 10th day of
February,
