RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, at a meeting of representatives of the Cities
of Anaheim, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Colton, Fullerton, Glendale,
Newport, Pasadena, Riverside, San Bernardino and Santa Ana, held
on the 7th day of April, 1930�the of icy of the Metropolitan

Water District4 agreed among mselves to the percentage of
total of the power generated at Boulder Dam which should be
allocated to the various municipalities, and,
WHEREAS, at said conference it was agreed that t e City of
Anaheim should be entitled to 3.14 of the 19ei �alloaated to
said cities, being 3.11% of 6$ of the total generated at
Boulder Dam and transmitted to the municipalities of Southern
California, and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim to approve the action taken by said representatives,
and to enter into a contract with the government of the United
States of America for the power so allocated,
NOW, THEP.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM that the action taken by the representatives of
tiie�Oiettas of Anaheim, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Colton, Fullerton,
Glendale, Newport, Pasadena, Riverside, San Bernardino and
Santa Ana, be, and the same is, hereby approved by the City of
Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim does hereby express its
desire to enter into a contrast with the government of the Unite
States of America for the percentage of the power agreed upon at
said conference, to -wit: 3.11% of the power allocated to the
cities aforesaid.
The foregoing Resolution was signed, approved and attested
by me this 22d day of April, 1930.
