IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RESOLUTION ORDERING ISSUANCE OF ACQUISITION BONDS WHEREAS, on the 24th day of March, 1931, this City Council adopted a resolution fixing a time and place for hearing upon th issuance of bonds against the lands in the Assessment District in Acquisition and Improvement District No. 2 of the City of Anaheim,for the purpose of obtaining the amount required to pay the interlocutory judgment in the action brought to condemn the property sought to be taken, except the interest of Jacob Wittme and Lydia Wittmer in and to Parcels Nos. 25, 26 27, 28 and 29, all costs and expenses chargeable to the plaintiff in said actio and all incidental expenses incurred in the proceeding for the above named District,and for the purpose of furnishing an oppor- tunity to all persons interested to be heard upon any of the matters upon which they are given the right to be heard and pre- sent objections under Section 36 of the Acquisition and Improve- ment Act of 1925 and, WHEREAS, at the time and place so fixed, the said hearing was taken up, and no objections, either written or oral, having been made to the issuance of said bonds, or as to any of the proceeding acts or determinations of this City Council in said proceeding, and said matter having been regularly called for hearing, and this City Council having fully considered said matter, and, WHEREAS, it appears from affidavits on file with the Clerk of this City Council that notice of said hearing has been duly and regularly published and posted as ordered and as required by law; IM 1 { 2 1 3 4 5 6 s� 7� i 8 9� 10 11 I 12 I 13 14 15 16 17 18' 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 i 31 32 a � R NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds, determines and orders as follows, to -wit : 1. That notice of the day, hour and place of the hearing upon the issuance of bonds for the purposes above stated has been duly and regularly published and posted in the manner required by law. 2. That all of the acts, determinations and proceedings heretofore had and taken in the matter of Acquisition and Im- provement District No. 2 of the City of Anaheim are regular and.in all respects sufficient, and that no protests or ob- jections regarding the same or to the issuance of said bonds have been presented to this City Council. 3. That the public necessity and convenience require and it is hereby ordere=d, that bonds of the said District shall be issued in the total sum of Ten Thousand Six Hundred Forty ($lO 640.00) Dollars, for the purposes above recited, and the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim is hereby ordered to issue bonds of the said District, designated "Series B ", in the said aggregate principal sum, dated the day this resolution is adopted, all in the manner and form provided in the Ac- quisition and Improvement Act of 1925,and in further accordance with the provisions for such bonds contained in the Resolution of Intention adopted in the matter of said Acquisition and Im- provement District by this City Counci.l.on the -i x +a day of �r "t. , 19 3 0 4. That the Clerk of this City Council shall forthwith transmit to said City Treasurer an attested copy of this reso- lution and order, together with an attested copy of said Resolu- tion of Intention.
