IN THE ]BATTER OF ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARINGS ON THE
ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR AN ACQUISITION.
WHEREAS, Goo. F. Holden, has filed his report showing the
amount necessary to satisfy Interlocutory Judgment rendered in
the above entitled matter against the Plaintiff in favor of
the Defendants, Jacob Wittmer and Lydia Wittmer, whichreport
shows the amount for which it is necessary to issue bonds in
the above matter to satisfy said judgment in the sum of
7 700-0 o
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City C of the City
of Anaheim that Tuesday, the 28th day of April, 1931 be and the
same is hereby fixed as the time, and the chambers of this City
Council is the place, when and where any persons having any
objection to the issuance of bonds in the above amount may be
heard, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice for
1esuanoe of bonds as provided by law in said matter.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me, this
rfth day of April, 1931.
