RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION
AND IMPROVEMENT OF DISTRICT NO.2, CITY OF ANAHEIM.
This is a resolution setting date for hearing upon the
issuance of bonds to obtain money to satisfy Interlocutory
Judgment on all Parcels, except the interest of Jacob Wittmer
and Lydia Wittmer in and to paxcels Nos,25 26, 27 28 and 29.
WHEREAS, Geo. F. Holden, City Attorftey, has filed his
report herein showing the amount of money necessary to satisfy
Interlocutory Judgment in the above entitled matter for all
parcels of land sought to be condemned in that certain action
entitled,"City of Anaheim vs.The Janss Investment Corporation�i et
al", Case No.26421, and it appearing to the satisfaction of this
council that the amount of money necessary to satisfy the
Interlocutory Judgment for all property sought to be condemned
except the interest of Jacob Wittmer and Lydia Wittmer in and to
Parcels NOB.25 26, 27 28 and 29, including incidental expenses
and interest on amounts awarded is h0
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that April 1931, at
8 otolock P.M. be, and the same,is, hereby fixed as the date upon
which any objections to the issuance of bonds in the above
entitled matter may be heard, and the City Clerk of the City of
Anaheim is hereby instructed to publish a notice of hearing upon
the issuance of bonds as provided by law in the above entitled
matter.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me
this 24th day of March, 1931.
