3 RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
i
4 1. That there are now growing upon certain lots, grounds
r
5 and real property within the city limits of the City of Anaheim,
6 certain weeds and rank growths.
7 2. That the weeds and rank growths growing upon the lots,
8 grounds and real property in the City of Anaheim are a public
9 nuisance, which must be abated by the removal of said weeds and
10 rank growths.
11 3. That the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
12 Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to notify the owners
13 of all lots, grounds and real property within the City of Anaheim,
14 ! upon which weeds and rank growths are growing, to immediately
r
15 cause the same to be removed and eradicated.
16 `' 4. That said notice shall conform with the provisions of
17 Section 2 of Ordinance Igo. 488.
18 5. That said Superintendent of Streets shall report to this

19 i' City Council the names and owners and descriptions of the lots
20 upon which weeds and rank growths are growing, and upon which
21 the owners thereof shall fail to conform with said notice.
