RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.

HEREAS, A. 71. Franzen, a duly appointed. representative

of the t!94�r District, is on a leave of absence
from State, and is therefore unable to attend the meetings
of the Board of Directors of said district, and,
7 1HEREAS the City 6ouncil of the City of Anaheim deems
it advisable that the City of Anaheim have its representative
at said meetings to take part in the discussions, and to report
the same to the City Council,
N071, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
RhE CITY OF ANAHE114 that 0. E. Steward be and he is hereby
appointed as a representative from the City of Anaheim, with
authority to take part in all discussions in the meetings
of said Water District an6 to report the same to
this City Council, and to do all other things except to vote
therein.
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this
12th day of November, 1929.
