EREAS, this city Qqi4ncil adopted its resolution of intention
in the-,matter, oVi4cquisf-tion and Improvement District 3:'To. 2 of the
City �6t Anah e il ms :1, on the'22nd day of August, 1929 and at the time
and place fixed therein for the hearing of any and all objections
or protests which, under the provisions of the *Acquisition and
Improvement Act 9f 1925p" canbe,presented to this , legislative body.,

2. That all of the protests and objections, both written and
oral against the doing of the thingor things proposed to be done
in said resolution of intention, are hereby overruled and denied.
3. That the boundaries of the Assessr

Acquisition and Improvement District 116.
as proposed in said resolution of intention are hereby adopted' and
established as the boundaries of said Assessment District.
4. That the zones into which said assessment district is to
b6 divided, as proposed in said resolution of intention, and as
shown in the Specifications therein referred top correctly reflect
the benefits to be derived, and that the zones as set forth in said
resolution are hereby adopted and established;
5. That the percentages to be raised from each of said zones,
as the same are set forth in said resolution of intention, are
hereby adopted and determined.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this 24th day
of September, 1929.
