State of Calffcrmla, have called an election for the 25th day of

June 1929', for the purpose of deciding whether or not bonds

shall be issued An the' punt of Sixteen billion Two Hundred
Thousand ($16,200,000.00) Dollars, for the purpose of providing

I dams and a.qu.educts- for the control of flood waters which .pass

through the 13Qunty of Orange, and for the purpose of conserving

water for the future development of Orange County and Southern
h California, and,

WHEREAS, the water level of the County of Orange, and par -

titularly in. X the vicinity of the City of Anaheim, is depleting,
*ater level having receded ten (10) feet during the past j

WHIE AS if such drain is continued upon said water, with -

out the same being replenished by the storage of flood waters,
