WHEREAS, on the 25th day of April, 1929 the City

owners of which have failed to comply with said "Notice
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of removing such
weeds and rank growths, together with the cost of such in-
cident4 expense and clerical work as may apply thereto
shall become a lien upon suohcrespectivo lots and paxceis

The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this
day of May, 1929.
