RESOLUTION OF THE CI TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
that F. C. Drumm, Attorney at Law, be employed as associate
counsel on behalf of the City of Anaheim in that certain
action now pending in the Superior Court of the State of
California, in and for the County of Orange, entitled "Eva H.
Fendley, George F. Fendley, Carl Timme and Johanna Timme,
Plaintiffs, vs. City of Anaheim, a Municipal Corporation, A.
Corporation, B. Corporation, C. Corporation, John Doe One,
John Doe Two, John Doe Three, John Doe Four and John Doe Five,
Defendants ", numbered 25391, and that hiz compensation be,
and is hereby, fixed at Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars
retainer fee, payable upon the passage of this Resolution,
and the further sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each
and every day that the said cause is being tried.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me
this 25th day of April, 19290
