RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PAVING AND CALLING FOR BID$
RESOLVED BY' TEE'''.CI.TY COUNDIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
SECTION 1: That those certain paving plans marked and
designated "Plan for Repaving East Center Street at Santa
Fe Crossing, Job No. 15," prepared by the City Engineeer,
be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 2: That chose • �- certain specifications prepared
by the Cityjngineer, entitled and designated "Specifications
No. 43, For the Construction of Cement Concrete Pavement,
City of Anaheim, California, 1, be and the same ..are hereby`
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk be and, he is hereby
authorized and directed to publish a notice fox a period of
two weeks in the Anaheim.Gazette, calling for sealed proposals
for repaving ,:a portion of East Center Street in accordance
with the above -Ten tioned.'plans and specifications.
The foregoing resoliation was approved and signed this.,
