mentioned Mortgage and the City Clerk of the City of 1�nahsim
is hereby authorized to attest the same,
BE IT FURMR. RESOLVED,, that the ftyor of the City of
Anaheim be authorized to deliver said ftleasep together with the
cancelled notes. secured by said Mortgage# to the Bank of Italy
National Trust & saviTgs Assoolation Trust Department, Long
Bea,oh California to be delivered to the parties entitled
thereto upon the receipt by the City of Anaheim of the sum
of Two Tbousmd (#2000.00) Dollare together with interost
thereon at the rate of seven per oent (7%) per annum from the
101h day of July, 1928*'
