RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR GASOLINE
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That the City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to publish a notice once a week for
a period of two weeks in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper
of general circulation, published in said City, calling
for sealed proposals or bids for furnishing to said City
ggf Gasoline required by said City for the year beginning
1�ugust 1, 1928, and ending August 1, 1929, and shall be
in accordance with Ordinance No. 482, "An Ordinance regulat-
ing the testing, sale and delivery of petroleum and petroleum
products in the City of Anaheim, and providing penalties
for the violation of this ordinance." Said proposals or
bids to be received up to eight o'clock P.M. of Thursday

The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this
