05/10/1928-022RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS
AND
CALLING FOR BIDS
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
SECTION 1: That those certain specifications
entitled and designated 0 8pecifications for Motor
Truck, City of Anaheim, Series of 1928," be, and the
same are hereby adopted.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of said City be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to publish a
notice once a week for a period of two weeks in the
Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation,
published in said City, calling for sealed proposals
or bids for the furnishing to said city of one Motor
Truck in accordance with said specifications, said
proposals or bids to be received up to eight o'clock
P.M. of Thursday the 14th day of June, 1928, at the
office of the City Clerk of said City.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed
this lo ` day of 9'Yt 1928.
