RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT:
THAT certain grant deed made by the Citizens Trust and
Savings Bank, to the City of Anaheim, a 'Municipal Corporation
of the Sixth Class, wherein and whereby the said �- rantors con-
veyed unto said City, for the widening of West North Street,
from West Street to West City limits, ind to be used for street
purposes, a. tract of land situate in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, -
In L 'Uhirty-seven (3 Anaheim Extension, as
shown on a ma,p thereof made by 1 7illiam. Hamel and
filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, and in the Southeast quarter
of the N quarter of Section OW, Township 4
So n Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M. said tract be-
ing the Southerly thir (30) feet of that portion
of said lot and saift quarter - quarter section,
Tesyoectively, lying northwardly from and adjacent to
the present Northerly 'Line of West Forth Street, and
being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

West line of said Southeast quarter of the 'N

boundary line along 'Nest North Street, thence N 85
deg. 30 min. E. along said city boundary line and said.

of 1.52 acres, - more or less,
