02/09/1928-035RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
THAT certain grant deed made by F. A. Yungbluth and Adella
Yungbluth, husband and wife, to the City of Anaheim a Municipal
Corporation of the sixth class, wherein and whereby the said
grantors conveyed unto the City of Anaheim for fire station
that certain real property situate in Orange County, City of
A naheim, California, described as follows:
The Westerly Fifty feet (50=) throughout, of Lot Twenty-
five (25) in Block "A" of the _ "Center Tract,' as per map thereof
recorded ,in Book 14, page 13 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
The laid property is more particularly described as fol-
lows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said lot 25,
running thence northwesterly and following the westerly line of
said lot a distance of 135 feet, to the northwesterly corner of
the said lot, thence northeasterly and following the northerly
, line of said lot a distance of 50 feet; thence southeasterly
parallel to the westerly line of said lot 135-feet to- point
on the southerly line of said lot; thence southwesterly and
following the southerly line of said lot 50 feet to the point
of beginning, be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City
of Anaheim.
The foregoing resolution was approved and signed this
