RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT:
THAT certain grant deed made by Max Wm. Junge and
Catherine Junge, husband and wife, to the City of Anaheim
a Municipal Corporation of the sixth class, wherein and
whereby the said grantors conveyed unto the City of Anaheim
for alley purposes, that certai# real property situate in
Orange-County, City of Anaheim, California, dedcribed as
follows:
All of Lot 4, Max Junge Subdivision as
shown on Map recorded in Book 8, Page 67,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Anaheim.
