California, determining and declaring that it will be for the
interest and advantage of said City to beeona a party to
the joint agreement proposed by Waste water Disposal Company,

The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, California,
do resolve as follows;
Resolved; That it will be for the interest and advantage of
the City of Anaheim, California, to become a party to the
proposed joint agreement between the Cities of Santa Ana,
Anaheim, Fullerton, Orange and La Habra, and Placentia
B uena P k Sanitary District i n'`�r `'
Sanitary Distriotland Garden Grove Sanitary District, all of
^,
Orange County, California, as parties of the first part, and
Waste Water Disposal Company, a corporation, as party of the
second part, whereby said Waste Water Disposal Company is
granted permission to discharge water into the sewer pipeline
of first parties.
Resolved; That the president of the Board of Trustees,
and the dlerk of said City of Anahe be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed, in the name of said city, to join in,
execute, and deliver said joint agreement; provided all other
designated parties to said agreement adopt like resolutions
and also execute said joint agreement.
I hereby oertify that the above and foregoing resolution
was regularly introduced before, read, considered, passed
and adopted by the Board.of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,
California, at a meeting thereof held the 22nd day of
December, 1927.
