RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEII ' AUTHORIZING THE PAYIENT OF TWELVE
BUNDRED ($1200.00) DOLLARS TOnARD THE EXPENSES
OF ACQUISITION AID IMPROMEM IN THE ABOVE
ENTITLED FATTER.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange
passed its Resolution of Intention in the hatter of Acquisition
and Improvement District No. 2 of the County of Orange, on the
6th day of December, 1927, and,
7 , 7HEREAS, a portion of the acquisitions and improvements re-
ferred to within the said acquisition and improvement district
lie within the corporate limits of the City of Anaheim, and,
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim will be benefited by the acqui-
sitions and improvements refereed to in said Resolution of Inten-
tion, and,
"'HER
�ii 1EAS, in said Resolution of Intention, the County of
Orange agreed to contribute toward the expenses of said acquisi-
tions and improvements the sum of Eighty Two Hundred QS200.00)
Dollars, and,
7.'-HERHAS, this City Council has, after careful considered, de-
termined that the fair proportion of the said Eighty Two Hundred
(48200.00)Dollars to be paid by the City of Anaheim is the sum of
Twelve Hundred (41200.00) Dollars,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF A0HEIM that the City of Anaheim pay, from such funds in
its Treasury as are allowed by law for the ingrovevent of streets,
to the County of Orange, the sum of Twelve Hundred (41200.00) Dol-
lars, which shall be aid into the Third Road District Fund of the
County of Grange, as the proportion of the said Eighty Two Hundred
08200.00) Dollars to be raid by the City of Anaheim; that said
