PALM STREETS NORTH AND SOUTH HELENA STRUTS NORTH AND SOUTH
DICKEL STREETS AND NORTH AND SOUTH CLEMENTINi STREETS, IN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK AND LEVYING ASSESSMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim on the
10th day of November, 1927, passed its Resolution of Intention
No. 210 in the above entitled matter;

AND, WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution of Intention, this
City Council of the City of Anaheim, on the 12th day of January,
1928, passed and adopted a Resolution adopting the report of the
planning commission, and in said Resolution fixed Thursday, the
9th day of February, 1928, as the day, eight o'clock P. M. as
the hour, and the council chamber of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as the place when and where any person interested object-
ing to said proposed improvement or the proposed assessments there-
for, might be heard;
AND, WHEREAS, notice of the passing of said resolution and the
adoption of said report of the planning commission was duly and
regularly published and posted, as provided by law, as appears from
affidavits on file in the office of the city clerk of said City;
AND, WHEREAS, at the time and place set for said hearing of
objections, said matter was regularly called for hearing, and
there being no protests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim:
1, That the report of the planning commission of the City
of Anaheim adopted by this City Council on the 12th day of January,
1928, be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed;
2. That all of the work and improvement set forth in said
Resolution of Intention No. 210 and described in.the report of
the planning commission be made and done according to the plans
and specifications referred to in said report, and in accordance
with the Tree Planting Act of 1915;
3. That this City Council does hereby levy said assess-
ments referred to in said report of the planning commission adopt-
ed on the said 12th day of January, 1928, upon the lots, pieces
or subdivisions of land in front of which said proposed improve-
ments are to be made, all as set forth and described in the
specifications and plans, and as said lots, pieces or subdivisions
of land are shown upon the plans of the assessment district here-
in referred to, which are on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this
day of _ 1928.
